Hotel Lucerna Ciudad Juarez truly exceeded all our expectations during our Christmas stay. the staff was incredibly attentive and hospitable, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. the room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring our comfort throughout our visit. the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and we appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining a pristine space for us to relax in. The outdoor pool surrounded by gardens was a serene oasis, although the weather didn't allow us to enjoy it fully. the gym was well-equipped, perfect for keeping up with our fitness routines even while traveling. the Balcony view of the city and mountains was breathtaking, offering a peaceful retreat in the heart of Ciudad Juarez. Despite not being able to enjoy the pool, we took advantage of the business center, which provided free computer, printer, and fax services. the location of the hotel was convenient, with plenty of places to explore around the area, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. Overall, Hotel Lucerna Ciudad Juarez provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. We have already decided that this will be our go-to hotel whenever we visit Ciudad Juarez in the future.
